Principal Page

Welcome to the Fairfield School website we believe that learning is a process of thoughtfully encountering new experiences and delighting in the discovery of connections. Our staff looks for what is unique in each child and we then work collaboratively towards the acquisition of defined academic skills and the achievement of these young students.

On behalf of the faculty and staff, we would like to extend an invitation to you to visit our school, attend your child's programs, volunteer to help out in the classrooms, and become an active member in the PTO. We are very happy to be part of this fine educational system and look forward to meeting your child and you.

Fairfield School is committed to providing learners with an excellent educational program. Our dedicated staff recognizes that each of our students bears unique qualities that more often require an instructional response that is adapted to meet their needs.

Our school community respects the differences among learners and responds to their individual needs. We provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes intellectual, social, emotional, and physical achievement.

Your child's achievement in school is a reflection of the purposeful efforts put forth by many people. This includes your child, siblings, grandparents, family friends, teachers, principal, teacher teams, Parent Teacher Organizations, and others. Your child is receiving an impressive level of support as he/she strives to achieve academic and social expectations.

The Fairfield School experience will be memorable for you and your child(ren). We want you to enjoy the journey. Your full commitment to the educational process includes extending your trust to us as we work to deliver the most effective instruction to your child. We recognize you as a partner in this process. Classroom teachers will keep you well informed regarding curricula, assessment, special programs, and volunteer opportunities through regular communication. We look forward to developing a respectful relationship with you, one that reflects our mutual interests in supporting your child's learning experience.

Best wishes for a happy and healthy school year.

Sincerely,
